How Can sore Throat And Upper Chest Pain Be Treated?

im a 55 year old women that has had night fevers and chills for over a week, with a sore throat but not a normal sore throat, my esophagus is tender to the touch and my upper chest aches. i m also very tired and have had very bad night sweats followed by chills and restlessness.

it appears to be viral flue which is self limiting. should go for warm saline gurgling consult pulmunologist for examination of lungs field and recomand further investigation and treatment and if requered bronchodialater like tab deriphylin or bronchodyl.
